Lelt's Board of Directors and Ambassadors pay our operating costs, so 100% of your donation goes directly towards helping impoverished children in Ethiopia. The board members take no compensation, and we partner wherever possible with other organizations in Addis Ababa to maximize the effectiveness of the support our donors provide.
